I was unable to get the name of this fine-looking canine. From the looks of the pink collar, I'd say he was a she. She was tethered to the golf cart while her owner attended to business in the local hardware store.
She wanted to be free
To come romp and play with me
But sadly, as you can see,
Such unfettered fun was not to be.

It looks as if she has quite a bit to say on the subject. Or on some subject. What a loquacious looking pooch.
She looks like a good sized dog, who if she wanted to could probably have dragged that cart along with her if she spotted a cat:)
