You'll find this yellow house, which is inhabited, just across the road from the Cedar Cove Condos and very near the beach area in Cedar Key. In spite of its appearance, it is quite valuable...prices of homes and land have not depreciated in Cedar Key as in other parts of the state.

Relaxing at Coconuts

The Captain's Table is now Coconuts. While the name has changed, it is still a nice place to sit out over the water and lick the rim of a well-made Margarita as the sun sinks slowly below the horizon.

Living the good life in Cedar Key

The folks who live in this house are fortunate for it is a beauty. An older home, to be sure, but well maintained. Notice the large front porch, the metal roof, and the "cupola" on top with a good-sized balcony on which to sit and look at the bay over the roofs of the other homes.

Cedar Key Marina

If you visit Cedar Key, and you want to do a little fishing or just take a boat ride the Cedar Key Marina is the place to go to find what you need. It is convenient, located on the main road onto the island, just a few blocks from downtown.
