This condo and several others sit about a block back from the water in downtown Cedar Key. Several are for sale and as I recall the asking price was just under $300K. Some have a view of the water but others are blocked by another set of condos.
I know Cedar Key has become quite respectable and desirable but $300K?? Wow, prices sure have gone up. I like that first floor heights are allowing for a small bit of flooding.
@ JM - I don't know, but it could be a problem for sure; especially if you had someone below who was deaf and turned the TV on full blast (that happened to us a few years ago!).

so pink and gingerbread house cute. i like that people can drive under their houses for shade.
It's so pretty! Especially the pattern of the balcony rails, fence and driveway.
This is definitely pretty in pink.

I would have the top floor, but what about the neighbours' noise in these wooden condos?

Ni-i-ce! :-) Noise happens in concrete condos too (I could have killed a dog a few years back).
Still so much home selling? Let's be relieved 'cause apparently the tide's turning for better now.
God bless you!

That pink color is fantastic. The gardening too. I wouldn't say no if they gave me one :)
I love it! Pink! I have seen two other pink houses in my life--one down home in Tennessee and one over in Illinois!
p.s. My husband would never go for a pink house.
Love the pink condo. And the price is right too.
Love the mast reaching for the sky.
