Fresh water for the people
Because of rising seas, saltwater had intruded into Cedar Key's water supply and made it unfit for drinking. Thus, the authorities arranged to have water trucked in to the island. In this scene, vehicles have lined up to receive their free water. I don't know how the matter was resolved.

Good that they brought water. Nice capture, Lowell.
Crazy with all these weather events ( lots of rain and snow) we are under a flash flood warning. First time that I can remember that happening.
I sometimes wonder why we don't use more sea water...
I imagine it was a hot day there!
