Park Place Motel

The Park Place Motel (which some years back was converted to condos) faces the Cedar Key Park and the Beach with a good view of the dock.

We first stayed there over Christmas in 1988. Had a great time even though it was a bit chilly. We've stayed there several times since and always enjoyed it. If you're planning a trip to Cedar Key, give them a call.

Even better just got back from Oviedo and the in-laws--- pretty cheap and HOT! 92 degrees!

Inexpensive is good. We were looking at beach rentals (houses) and we may have to go the hotel route.

I think I'll wait until it cools down a little. I'm not a big fan of 90 degee+ temps.

You know how I feel about motels, so I'm not sure I would rent a flat in an ex-motel...

I sure hope that "AARP" thing isn't aimed at me.......not quite yet at least.

A monthly condo. Who would want a monthly condo? Well, maybe a student of sorts. Hanging around for another semester.
