Thanks for keeping our Cedar Key addiction fed and satisfied. The bay is so calm in this shot. Let's hope we don't see even a ripple in the weeks ahead.

Love this peek a boo view. The brilliant red against that beautiful blue sky is really something.

Oleanders! I was just reminded how we have to chop down ours at the holiday house to make room for other plants... This particular place seems to be in deep winter sleep already. Was it too early for the crowd?

@ Mirela - Actually, the place was in a summer sleep or slump. The crowds begin to pick up with the cooler weather next month...and it will be jammed on winter weekends...it can get cold here (relatively speaking) so you can't swim, but it's usually quite pleasant from October through May.

Love those flowers. They grow in the south of France. Great image.

Allison would love to play on the orange playset!

@ Safe Leif - How do you know that?

Oleanders became persona-non-gratis over here a decade ago because their leaves are poisonous. They do have lovely flowers though .... This is an unusual photo for you Jacob ... until I realised that Lois Ann took it!!
