Lined up at Cedar Key Airport

The Cedar Key airport is actually one runway. Some of the people on Cedar Key own their own planes which gives them a great deal of mobility.

I would love to own my plane! I'd be all over the place, even if it isn't very ecologically correct to say so.

Private pilots really can get around but they are limited by the weather, especially if they must fly under visual flight rules. ;-) I would think the Keys would have a lot of fog.

EG - Cedar Key is not in the Florida Keys...it's about 50-60 miles west/southwest of Gainesville. There are time when it does get foggy and that certainly would be a problem for these planes.

Thanks for stopping by!

Cielde - Why not just buy your own plane? Heh. Heh.
